Partner program

Two ways to partner.
One shared opportunity.

Refer a great-fit customer and hand off the lead, or partner as an agency to co-manage the AI with your customer. Our robust incentive program offers mostly ongoing rewards, plus bonuses for goal attainment and customer-volume milestones.

Choose your partner model

Make the introduction, or stay involved. Choose the role that fits your business and your customer relationships.

  • Referral model

    Introduce. Hand off. Earn.

Bring us a qualified lead and let Chatsi take it from there. We lead the sales process, onboarding and ongoing customer support.

    • You make the introduction and share the customer’s needs.
    • Chatsi manages the customer relationship and AI service.
    • You earn partner incentives without an ongoing management role.
  • Agency model

    Stay involved. Co-manage. Grow.

Make AI part of your ongoing customer offering. Your agency co-manages Chatsi’s AI with the end customer, within an agreed scope.

    • Work with the customer on their AI experience and goals.
    • Agree on responsibilities for content, review and ongoing improvements.
    • Earn partner incentives while maintaining an active customer relationship.

Ideal Customers

Ecommerce brands and technical B2B suppliers with $3M+ in annual revenue and complex or high-consideration products—from outdoor gear and luxury goods to telecom and industrial catalogs. We help buyers choose confidently or submit a lead form for a human sales team to follow up.

How it works

Choose your role. Build the partnership around it.

  1. 1

    Choose your model

Choose Referral to hand off a qualified lead, or Agency to stay involved and co-manage the AI with your customer.

  2. 2

    Align on the customer

Share the customer’s catalog, buying challenges and goals. We agree on the opportunity, responsibilities and partner terms before getting started.

  3. 3

    Launch and manage

In the referral model, Chatsi handles the customer’s next steps. In the agency model, you work with the customer to co-manage the AI, with Chatsi’s role and support agreed up front.

  4. 4

    You earn partner incentives

Both models offer partner incentives, most of which are ongoing, plus bonuses for goal attainment and customer volume. Your agreement defines eligibility, responsibilities and payment terms.

The appendix reports 184 matched orders totaling $111,381. Orders for different products ($47,116 across 122 orders) and post-purchase conversations ($30,657 across 67 orders) were excluded. Source: investor deck appendix, JD Muscle, slides 27–33.

Whether you refer customers or co-manage their AI as an agency, we offer a robust incentive program. Most incentives are ongoing, with additional bonuses for goal attainment and customer-volume milestones. We agree on the details in writing before you get started.

Program
questions

What partners ask before choosing a model.

An introduction to a named person at a store we are not already in conversation with. Send it by email or through the form on this page. We confirm within two business days whether the account is already open, so you know where you stand before you spend time on it.
For either model, most incentives are ongoing. Payment timing, eligibility, duration and bonuses for goal attainment and customer volume are set out in your written partner agreement before you get started.
Twelve months from the introduction. If the client signs inside that window the account is yours, even if they went quiet for six of those months.
Referral partners introduce a qualified lead and hand it over to Chatsi. Agency partners stay involved and co-manage the AI with the end customer. We agree on each party’s responsibilities and commercial terms before getting started. In either model, be transparent with customers about partner incentives.
Yes. We write evergreen guides on AI sales tools for your clients’ world — choosing between search and an assistant, what to ask a vendor, why conversion plateaus after a replatform — and you publish under your own byline. One Chatsi mention in the body, a disclosure line because you are paid, and a tracked link so anything it brings in is credited to you. You are free to rewrite it in your own voice.
Agency partners work with the customer on the AI’s ongoing operation. The agreed scope can include product knowledge, brand voice, reviewing conversations and refining the buying experience. Setup, access, support and responsibilities are agreed with Chatsi up front. Referral partners do not take on this ongoing management role.
Ecommerce brands and technical B2B suppliers with $3M+ in annual revenue, complex or high-consideration products, and buyers who need guidance. This includes catalog-led businesses where Chatsi captures leads for a human sales team rather than relying on online checkout. Generic fashion and price-only catalogs are usually a weaker fit.
